Lake Trout have invaded or been introduced to many lakes in NW Montana with negative ecological impacts to native communities. Changes in the lake food web structure are a common result of invasion. Restoration efforts to remove non-native Lake Trout are underway in many local lakes. Charles Wainwright will discuss his work analyzing how Lake Trout introduction and removal affect lake communities and food web structure.
